In Russian kindergarten child is ensured not only care, attendance, education and training, but also food, medical care. Mandatory education in Russia is presented by three types of schools: primary, secondary and high. In my opinion, the school education system has shortcomings. First of all, The Russian schools are still dominated by the traditional scheme of the lesson: poll (check homework), and then an explanation of new material; occasionally - test. Secondly, a preparation for a Unified State Examination begins almost from primary school. That is, the present system of education does not form definite competencies, but simply to train students of mechanical work.
